Pre Production
The following outlines, Pre Production, Production and Post Production are general and are subject to the circumstances of each individual project. If there is anything extra you require, need explaining or don’t understand please feel free to ask.
Before shooting can commence we will discuss with you what you wish to communicate in your video and the best way of doing this. We will also advise on locations and what questions you would like asked. If a narration is required we can also help with the writing.
Once the outline or script is finalised we will ask you for any assets that maybe required such as company logos, photos or graphics.
Video Production
Once the script or general outline for you video has been approved one of our professional cameramen will visit you to film your business or event. The shooting schedule for the day will be pre arranged in Pre Production to make sure nothing is missed and to make the most of the time available.
It may also be necessary to conduct interviews with you or your staff for inclusion in the video. A set of questions is prepared beforehand so those who are to be interviewed can respond in the most effective manner.
Post Production
Once we have completed the shooting of your video we will edit it on one of our computer based editing systems. When the finished program is completed you will be given a rough edit via the internet for approval.
Any mistakes, incorrect content or general comments will be then given back to the video editor for the final edit to be completed. In special circumstances a second re-edit maybe required but in general any amends should be made on the first re-edit.
Format Delivery
Once the finished video has been approved we then provide the relevant online video formats for the internet for you to host on your website. If you are not sure how to do this we are always on hand to give you advice.
